Dr. James Zhu is a partner in the firm's IP group and the chief representative for the Beijing office. He is also one of the key members in the firm for establishing the Shanghai office. Dr. Zhu's practice focuses on patent procurement, patent opinion, patent due diligence, intellectual property infrastructure, patent litigation, and technology licensing. He received his PhD in biology from California Institute of Technology, and his law and business degrees from Columbia University.

Dr. Wei Zhou is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., a leading law firm focusing on technology and growth company legal issues, where he focuses on corporate and intellectual property issues facing life sciences companies in the United States and China. Previously, he was the vice president of intellectual property and advanced technology at Affymetrix Inc. (Santa Clara, CA). Dr. Zhou obtained his JD from Stanford Law School and his PhD from Virginia Tech. He is also a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. |

Dr. Tina Huang has over 18 years of experience in the life science and financial fields. At Bridge, she is in charge of global corporate development activities, including business development, joint venture negotiation, IPO planning, merge and acquisition opportunities, and PR. As Acting General Manager, Dr. Huang is also responsible for the operation of Bridge Beijing facility. She holds a PhD degree from State University of New York in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. |
